What is/was your favorite private server boss fight?

I couldn't help but think any answer I can give won't be sufficient, since there's probably a really good boss I've forgotten about. So I'll hijack this thread for a moment to list all the bosses I know of. I haven't actually played many servers. This is incomplete, I'll come back to it later. I expect replies with older servers not mentioned here and their bosses so the grey beards can tell us about them and if those were any good.
